Provident Metals came on the scene late last year when they sponsored Josh Wise's NASCAR and embraced the Dogecoin community. They even left us on the car, as a tribute to what we did for Josh.
I haven't seen these coins in person, but they look to be not quite up to the quality of the ones from https://shibemint.com/ though they are substantially cheaper, being only slightly above the silver price.
Might have to get one, eh? ;)
How do you tip someone, with these, from your wallet?

You don't. Although, my Copper coins came with paper wallets loaded with token amounts. Don't know if Provident do that too.
