Been doing a bit of homework on different auction houses and just thinking about different businesses and wonder how hard it would be to start an auction house as they seem to be the best way that you never lose and always win, now how to go about it :scratch_one-s_head:
too much :mr47_05: for me :( But easy money if you could do it that's for sure and especially when you make money even if the goods don't sell so win win either way..so who else wants in
It's hard when not living in a capitol so I find all very interesting when you look into these things and the little traps that not many pay any notice of like post and the percentages charged. You have to do a lot of homework with the rates and services you get with both buying and selling, you really have to watch the one's that don't let you put on a reserve unless it's a, oh what was it I was told, oh that's it, unless it's a "particularly exceptional coins", what ever that is because anything over $20 is a particularly exceptional coins to me but then I don't have deep pockets like a lot here :winkextra: but feebay is still the biggest ripoff and purely due to mass numbers and the sly things they do.
also look at how well the auctions have worked here, gee it's even hard to give things away here unless it's a top of the pop coin because most aren't small collectors, yes there's the odd one but most are dealers or not interested in the run of the mill coins we find from circulation and it makes it hard for me to send to people so I have to find special things that cost a fortune and some people are worth the trouble and effort and others aren't :winkextra:
