Well I did my good deed today, in fact two with one stone as I took some old mirrors down to yamba and dropped some cucumbers off as well and all were appreciated so I think my good deeds are done for the year
So what good deeds have you done recently?? :)
Oh, I forgot I didn't annoy Belly so there's another :blush2:
Spent some pre-decimal silver in change today.
Maybe someone will discover it and get interested in collecting.
Does that count ?
Cool, yeah I can't see why it wouldn't count, your just helping a stranger and you never know it might start someone off :good:
posted something for a friend today
might get to him well after Santa has been and the reindeers have left their poop everywhere
hope the deed is good enough!
xx
Offered an opinion on an ebay listed coin to a complete stranger on a facebook page but then went one step further today and
went to the dealer who lives in my town and took a heap of better quality photos of the listed coin and sent them to the facebook guy.Needless to say he was grateful as the ebay photos were crap
I was driving tonight with my children admiring the christmas house decorations and donated $50 to CanAssist Santa
:dodgy: bad kitty, that's a very bad kitty..but bet they love it  :friends:

All these deeds sound very impressive, keep up the good work team :good:
Hello,
Not a good deed, but I noticed that someone had left their wallet at the supermarket. I let the cashier know right away so it would be safe until the owner returned. Many people leave their wallet sitting on a table, and often it is their " friends " who steal it. Be careful at all times, it is not just the money but all the plastic cards inside that are a pain to replace. Pay Wave ? Under $100 no Sig or Pin. Do the dodgy people know this ? Yes.
I bought a trolley of groceries last night at a play supermarket checkout -visiting children were playing with my grandson's toys.
I tendered a US $1,000,000 note and told them to keep the change as they didn't have enough play money in the drawer.
Not sure if that counts as a good deed but they were very happy to take the note home with them.
PS. I suspect that note may not have been the real deal.
I will class them as good deeds and yes a real pain replacing licence etc etc and pricey as well, when I was on council I found a few wallets and taken them to the cop shop and didn't want to know anything about it so I ended up chasing up the owners my self as I knew one lady from when I was working at the hospital and she was thankful to get it back but I was too late and she'd already cancelled and or replaced what she needed but said it was good to get the purse back because it was a gift, the worst thing was it was stolen from the hospital the bloody low life's :(
:laugh2: so is that how you launder your money Jeff, you give me all the money you have and I'll give you 100K..actually might try that on my brothers kids tomorrow, they're sure to have something in their piggy banks :) So your not just a pretty face :winkextra:
Thanks heaps for playing team :thank_you: I like hearing good news stories with all the crap that's been going on and sometimes we can pass on, sort of like walking down the street and just smiling and say G'day as it's amazing how many people will smile and say G'day back..yeah you get the odd one that looks at you strange but I'm use to that after wearing a beanie all the time :)
Hope you all have a really nice day :friends:
I will also except the extermination of pests/vermin, as that can quite often be seen as doing a good deed :good:

yesterday I was in a jewellers in town and didn't realise that I had left my credit card beside one of the beautiful pieces of jewellery - had the card out waiting to buy and got distracted in the waiting time
anyways, when I went to buy my son's g'friends present - no card - panicked - looked everywhere - asked the staff on the counter , nope no card
there was another counter across the store and when I went to it (not far across the room) the lady was on the phone to centre management to call for me to return to the store - I asked her if anyone had handed in a pink credit care - sure enough she waved the card at me.
a young male customer had picked up the card and handed it in -
now that is one heck of a good deed especially with the pay pass these days & being right on chrissy

bet the doc is on holidays & that might be why they knocked you back
OR someone forgot to order the medications!
I went to return a couple of shopping trolley to their racks in the car park.
The trolleys were all just shoved in rack carelessly, so I straightened them all up and pushed them into each other, making much more room.
When I turned around, the security guard was just walking over and said, "Thank you, not many people would do that". Made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. :)
yeah I love a "warm fuzzy" Steve :friends: a lot do that or leave the trolley near where they parked, and same as holding open a door and saying please and thank you..it doesn't take me :)
