Has anyone seen one of these before?

I think maybe goldseeker has one?

I personally don't think it is a master copy. A master copy would go to the RAM board for approval or at least the Mint director so finding it in a box with others would be impossible. The wording of the listing is terrible so the above comment is my interpretation of what the listing is saying.

PNC link (http://www.australian-threepence.com/blog/2014/01/limited-edition-2013-black-caviar-pnc.html).

From the looks of it, it's missing the front cover stamps and postmark etc and possibly the back limited edition numbering and authentic merchandise sticker although the pics are unclear. There's mention of a spare envelope so who's to say he didn't have another envelope then all he had to do is cut some holes and voila, an error.

Not my cup of tea. Too fishy.

I have sent the seller an email asking if I can come over and view the item before I make a bid.

I shall post the reply here once and if received.

Oh, and yes, I do have this very PNC.

I have received Royal Mail PNCs before that have no stamps or gum on the envelopes... I send them back for new ones. It's not a rare thing with them from my own experience.

Whether this has happened with this AP issues....

Yes, I only hope that the seller is genuine in his description.

Hopefully getting to see the cover he has for sale on the weekend.

I shall take mine over as well and compare the two as well as get some photos of the said PNC.
