Hi John
Thanks for that I like the quarters programs look forwards to getting these next year.
any idea on what the president dollars will look like?
All we have for the Presidential Dollars so far are design candidates for 2015-2016:
http://mintnewsblog.com/2014/03/2015-2016-presidential-dollar-design-candidates-ronald-reagan-not-present/
The final designs haven't been announced.
The series will end after President Ford with no President Reagan coin if President Carter is still alive when his turn comes up.

here turkey turkey turkey!
yeah I want one, do they come in rolls
yeah don't know much about US coins, could find this, so you know what the next coins are >> http://www.usmint.gov/mint_programs/atb/?action=siteRegister
do they come uncirculated or in mint packaging so there are no marks on them
oh and do you know mintage and stuff
All the coins are available directly from the US Mint in sets and rolls, but not at face value. Look at this page, particularly the Annual Sets, Bags and Rolls, and Three-Coin Sets: http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&identifier=8300 .
The availability of coins is announced in the Product Schedule: http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProdschedView?storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&_ga=1.246465347.694499820.1372421653
Rolls are available at face value at the product launches, but only for one particular mint, whichever one provides the coins to the bank for the event.
Individual coins are rarely seen in circulation.
The mintages for rolls and sets are published weekly by the US Mint, but they don't make it easy to retrieve the numbers: http://www.usmint.gov/about_the_mint/cumulativeSalesStatistics/ . A hobby publication called Numismatic News publishes the numbers weekly for at least the current and previous year.
The uncirculated coins are struck at the US Mints in Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco, but the San Francisco coins are only available in rolls and are not included in any sets. The proof coins are struck in San Francisco and are included in some of the sets.
The 5oz silver coins are only struck in Philadelphia.
love the turkey coins, many thanks triplewitch

The four above have the P mintmark (Philadelphia).
They were obtained at the quarter launch in Alexandria, Louisiana, on April 22.

It's more than up to date since the Blue Ridge, Bombay Hook and Saratoga quarters haven't yet been released into circulation and are only available in sets. I admire your patience and persistence in putting this collection together, interest. It would be very difficult to make up this particular set from circulation over here at the present time with coins in that condition.
I plan to attend the launch of the Bombay Hook quarter if finances and health permit.

That's very observant of you AJ, it's been like that for four years.
Bugger me, it's all fixed now thanks.
I'm really sorry I didn't start the Sacagawea dollar, series
the reverse of them are just great.
I have the complete State Series, both P & D they are very good.
If you look at the quality of those coins & compare them to ours,
well there is no comparison.
Our Mint put a red circle or a green circle on a coin & think it's the bee's knee's but look at some of the detail on some of these quarters leaves ours for dead.
If you got your quarters from the annual uncirculated sets and still have the leftover coins from those sets, the Sacajawea dollars were included in all of them starting in 2000 until now.
I think coin issue is matter of perspective. I wish the US Mint would issue circulating commemoratives myself.

Gee I really hope you can make it John as I know what it's like having heath and finances playing such a big part in life and how things don't always go as planned.

:dodgy: mate do I hear ya, might not be so bad if they at least had nice designs on them but then the colour would probably stuff it up, some coins look nice with colour but some don't so I think it depends on the design like I don't mind the 2012 50 cent but then not that fussed on the 2013 20 cent pond scum or the 2014 $1 as I think all roos should have been coloured because to me it looks a little funny having a nice shiny then a colour but that's just me and everyone is different :)
:mocking: So do you have my address to send the coins  :D

:scratch_one-s_head: are the US mint sets cheaper than ours? Sounds like we all have different issues with our mints all around the world..one day they might listen to the collectors but I very much doubt it :dodgy:
Our 28 coin (!) annual uncirculated set is $28.95 this year.
My health is fine. It's mostly finances I'm worried about. I'm going on a tour of Japan in July that will drain me both physically and financially.
28 coin set, gee they get that money for a 6 coin set out here so your sets don't sound bad value. Good luck with the trip it sounds nice so you should get some nice pic's of coins and plants :)
