I am not sure of the seller but I have just this moment got off the phone to Aust Post Philatelic and they have confirmed that the PNC that is offered up is an OFFICIAL AUSTPOST PNC and was advertised in the same Impressions catalogue as the dual Medallion/Coin PNC for Black Caviar.

It would appear as If I have missed this issue completely.

The original selling price was $149.95 according to Aust Post Philatelic.
