As I understand it a bulk submission is a whole bunch of the same coin sent I eg 100 Captain Cook 50 cent coins and not 100 different coins :ok:

!.
Save up some money because it isn't a cheap affair getting large bunches of coins slabbed.
2.
It will probably be a cheaper option to get a membership yourself than getting a third party to submit the coins for you.
3.
Be prepared for a disappointment if you don't do your homework and make sure that you grade your coins correctly.

Write a list of what coins you want to send. An excel spreadsheet is great.
Modern 1965+
Economy (not gold) under $300usd coin value, must be secure plus -cheaper, longer turnaround
Regular -more expensive, up to $3,000 each coin value, faster turnaround

Have a read through this thread AJ.
Without Mark, PP and many others I would have floundered on the rocks.
Very grateful for the help :friends:

The other thing to consider with any submission is that they charge your credit card when they have completed the submission. This might be 3 months after you posted the coins off and the big charge might surprise you.

If you go to Point 7 on the download form it states that coins must be submitted in tubes or original mint packaging, not in Mylar (Saflips?). I presume that limits bulk submissions to things like tubes/monster boxes of ASEs, Phils, Kooks etc and maybe RAM rolls.

I think the bulk submissions are for the crowd that send in masses of ASE's and bog the system down with bullion coins in the hunt for 70's :dash1:
I think the graders at PCGS enjoy it when we send real coins over to be graded :)

I was referring to the telemarketers in the US that send thousands of bullion coins into get graded and NOT Australian dealers that send large quantities of coins over, similar to that order sent by your firm with different coin types and dates.
Can you imagine the frustration of a grader faced with dealing with thousands of coins exactly the same for days on end :dash1:

So please, feel free to take advantage of the same advice given to me

Fair enough. Please accept my apology.

I recently looked through 4,000 coins from original mint bags. I cannot describe how my eyes felt by the end of it. 30 of those coins will be going in a bulk submission (next week, I hope). I'll specify minimum grade of MS65. Not many will grade higher.
