You need some unicorn repellent. Just writing "KEEP OUT Unicorns" will not work -it is well known that unicorns can't read and, even if they could, they are most disobedient.
If you can't find this preferred brand of unicorn repellent (http://threeheadedblog.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/unicornrepellent1.jpg) then a can of this Unicorn Meat (http://www.themag.it/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/91o.jpg) placed outside your front door will usually do the trick.
