After seeing thing listing on eBay this afternoon, I'm want to find out how we can have Australian eBay look at changing the rules on what can be listed. (US ebay already prevents coins that are not TPG graded by PCGS, NGC, ANACS and ICG over $2500 being listed)

To make it better, here is a little from his listing
QuoteI CHOOSE TO HAVE MY COINS GRADED BY APCGS THEY GRADE MUCH LOWER THAN PCGS AND NGC BUT AT LEAST YOU ARE BUYING ITS REAL GRADE OR BETTER WHICH IS GOOD FOR YOU AND ME I DONT LIKE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS OFFERS WELCOME
Does anyone have an idea of how we can start eBay investigating options moving forward ? Can I just raise a question on there forums ?

Yes, try posting something there. You know that's the first decent looking coin I've seen that seller list.
If I were PCGS I would be very concerned over the use of their name by inferior others. I emailed PCGS some time ago about this with no response.

I have seen him list many decent coins and have bid on a few. Too many of his coins are however dipped, overgraded or mis-described. So I only put in fairly low bids and don't win.
I've found a phone number for eBay. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what can be done.
I agree this coin is nice, but in that holder, at that price, a new investor may make the correlation to PCGS.
I thought all of that sellers coins were proofs.

Yup. Proofs found in an old tin in a hat in a toolbox under the washing machine in the basement. ;)
With no stairs, no lights, in a locked filing cabinet and a sign saying 'beware of the leopard'
It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
Make sure to put your coal in the washing machine ..... and don't forget your garlic.
What price would this coin command in a P.C.G.S. slab.? I know if I was going to spend this amount of money on a coin it certainly wouldn't be in this company's slab.!! :dodgy:

I bought one slabbed NGC PF65 last year for about $450 and I daresay
the Peter Wallace coin wouldn't grade much higher with PCGS or NGC
