Title: merry christmas & happy new year
Post by: ausjack on November 04, 2013, 10:33:35 AM
I know I'm a bit early but there's some members that will be going away and that I'd like to give my best wishes to and I need to shut this down and get some jobs done or I'm never gonna get to see Kel as this thing takes up way to much time..I'm no good with time management if you did guess :( But anyway I just wanted to wish everyone a very merry chrismas and a very happy safe and prosperous new year and hope santa is good to all and if any one wants to contact me via the phone either email trout, belly, Kel or AC for my number so I trust them to give it out wisely :winkextra: But other wise enjoy your time with family and friend and take the time to say I love you :) I LOVE YOU LOT :give_heart: Take care and be kind to your selves and each other :give_rose:

thanks mate
but I'm afraid that I am still in the Melbourne Cup time of year!!
Christmas for me (this year) seems like it's miles away even though all the shops are telling me differently.
Have fun AJ and a Merry Christmas and a great new year to you and your family

It's the time of year when the weather warms and the sun is out longer. Get outside, potter around, get away from the pc -it's good for you. Do check in once in a while AJ, we'll miss you.

And what is Christmas without some nice Christmas music?
A Very Specky Christmas Medley (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avAVmfutod4)
Best wishes to all.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to one and all on the forum. Safe travel for those who are going away.

Hopefully Santa is kind to everyone (although I guess that depends on whether you have been good or not - AJ? - I know you've been trying to be good but did you succeed?)

More pics! More pics! I like driving. I have a SUV, 260 HP, 280 Ft-Lbs of torque, 6 speed (manual) tranny, and I like to drag at stop lights. In four yrs I'm 39-1...wins & losses. My only loss was when I had the SUV only a month and on a promising drag, I shifted from 2nd into 5th accidentally instead of 2nd to 3rd.

I've suffered in my life, but nothing like the last 3 weeks. Every other day we get 1" to 3 " (2.5 cm to 7.5 cm) of snow, making the roads wet & slippery. Yes, this situation is called "The Great Equalizer"......lowering my driving standard to that of the common driver attempting to drive. Tomorrow? Two more inches (5 cm) of snow.....oh, how I suffer!!

Now if I could have a Christmas wish .....

Unfortunately it's not mine Steve, but your crank a weber comment got me started.

I had to give up my dreams of an E49 Charger some time ago. My main car ... 265 twin plate clutch 4sp etc went around 1997, tough times saw it wave goodbye.

It was only last year that I sold my full genuine R/T interior, W35 mags, fish scale dash, driving lights etc etc. The full NOS decal kit only went a month back. It was a project I'd had since I was a young (rev head) fella back around 1980.

Here's some links to some Six Packs.

Nice one Jeff! How many cylinders are there? ......... Check out the dizzies!

Goose, I'm glad I was driving when you came to visit. LOL
Merry Christmas to you.

Unicorn, at sometime I guess we just become responsible citizens (except Goose, he's still a rev head) and
then downgrade to environmentally friendly vehicles. My old ride was a XY 302 Fairmont Sedan, had it for
19 years. Now I drive a 2004 Colt. :(

Waiting until all the family is here this afternoon too -no present opening until then.
But, a wonderful Christmas gift already; it has started raining steadily and the radar map shows some heavy rain approaching. Just what is needed.

Best wishes to all.

Thanks PP, I think this is my best chrissie ever :yahoo: as the friends I've made far out weigh any gift as you can't get by with out our friends, I know as I have tried but not really by choice but more by circumstance for a very long time but the simple fact is that we need others for support if nothing else and for me not to have to take drugs to battle my depression is the best gift I could receive so thank you all and thank you and Mark so very very much for the site, it's been a life saver for me and I so appreciate the tolerance, patience and forgiveness but most of all the love and caring here so very much :hi:
