I know its a security measure, but can we at least cut down the 30 sec delay between posts? Its a major pain for those who can actually type with more than one finger, especially when replying to PM's. 10 or 15 sec would be more than adequate, surely?

Delay is less than 4 seconds when using the reply button.
My tests are done using Chrome on a Win7 PC.
Perhaps people with non mod/admin accounts have longer delays? Could some people do some timings and report back in this thread please?
