Well i found this http://shop.auspost.com.au/collectables/gifts/ricky-ponting  on the Aus Post site runway,so i guess it is.

First and only time I have seen this was just now.

I am on the auto posting list by Aust Post and I shall be phoning them tomorrow as to why I wasn't given one of these.

I have just got off the phone to AustPost Philatellic and this cover is a genuine AustPost medallion Cover.   The item/order number is 1514793 and is still available at $29.95.   They were not available to automatice standing orders but one had to phone in to secure one.

Great Goldseeker the AP should look after customers better I didn't see these in Stamp Bulletin maybe I missed it
