I'd be inclined to think Lamination fault, but could also
be PMD given the worn nature of coin.

The Decimal bods may have more idea though.:angel:

My first thought was lamination but it's a bit hard to tell from the picture.

Possibly lamination, might also be some strike through around TH II and part of HM's hair. It's a bit hard to tell. Any chance of a different piccie?

I tried taking a few more pics and scanning some more but this would be the best image of the coin. Hmmmmmm It can go in the maybe folder than lol.......... Thanks anyways all
