The 9 is lower and further from the 1 than for other groups, but is slightly more upright than for group 4, #1, and displays a spike on it's tail. Position of both 2's is the same as for group 4, #1. Only found with flat base reverse lettering and London obverse. Just scarce as found, accounting for approx. 1.2% of total 1922 Penny mintage.
